Arizona SB-1070 was passed so the state of Arizona can effectively secure their border (our international border) and stop the flow of illegal immigrants into their state (our country). If the Administration was not derelict in performing its sworn duty, Arizona SB-1070 would not be necessary. These illegal immigrants are here illegally, we don't even know who they are. They must be identified and processed for deportation, that is the law. The drug traffickers Gov. Brewer refers to have, for all practical purposes, occupied an 80 mile stretch of border (about 3,500 acres of sovereign US real estate, i.e. Arizona, http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/06/17...fety-concerns/, and are using it as a staging point for their smuggling operations. Is it just me, or does the seizing of sovereign US territory (3,500 acres of Arizona) by foreign nationals sound like an act of war? Keep in mind, because the Mexican Govt. has full knowledge of this and does nothing on their end to stop it, it is in effect condoning or, at worst, encouraging it. Either way, they’re complicit. Gov. Brewer is right. Where is the Federal Government? Instead of sending a battalion of US Rangers to secure the border and the 3,500 acres of Arizona currently occupied by drug traffickers and other foreign nationals (from Mexico and who knows where else), the Administration has, in effect, created a state of hostility between itself (along with various other special interests) and the state of Arizona. When Arizona says it has a problem with illegal immigration, the Administration suggests they (Arizonans) are racist. When Arizonans take the appropriate action to protect their state, the Administration not only threatens to challenge their right to do so in court, but encourages and even participates in an effort to do economic harm to the citizens of Arizona. Why would an Administration, a President, sworn to uphold the rule of constitutional law, sworn to protect US citizens, act in such a hostile manner toward the good people of Arizona? I have noticed that whenever they (the Social Democrats) start using their “race hustling” technique on the public they’re really up to something that has very little or nothing to do with upholding the rule of constitutional law. Willful neglect. Think about it.
